Do not overcook your hams, it is already half cooked by processing. Get it out of the pan before meat juices were totally gone. It would be best if you will not use oil to fry it, just get your non-stick pan in place and put the ham slices, then there you are!
P.S.: do not put the spot light on Santa Claus, the food overflowing on your dining tables or maybe the beautiful lights, huge Christmas trees and gifts. It's the birth of our Savior. A time for gratitude that Jesus came alive!!! ♥
